Who We Are

Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded by Royce and Sandra Watkins in 1997. The company first entered the area of Opioid Treatment in 2001 with the acquisition of the Methadone HCL line of products from Roxane Labs in Columbus, OH. 

While working with Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) throughout the United States, providing methadone, we learned that OTPs also needed take-home bottles. After finding a reliable source of plastic bottles with foam-sealed caps, we began providing these to many clinics. As the need for foil-sealed caps became apparent, Cebert added these closures to our product line.

In 2009, Cebert sold the Methadone product line to Boehringer Ingelheim of Germany and began our focus on pharmaceutical development and OTP take-home bottles and closures. We provide plastic bottles in 30cc, 45cc and 60cc, as well as both foam-sealed and foil-sealed 28mm and 33mm closures.  We also provide 3.5 oz and 5 oz dosing cups.

During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, Cebert customers never experienced backorders of our products, and we continue to maintain inventory levels to be THE reliable source. Our customer service is second to none, and we are committed to remain the best supplier of take-home bottles and closures in the business.
